  • Assess the extent of health disparities across different demographic groups in Mississippi, focusing on variations in health outcomes based on race, ethnicity, income, and geographic location with a focus on cardiovascular disease.
  • Examine how local and state policies, as well as community-based interventions, influence the social determinants of health and contribute to addressing health disparities in Mississippi.
